"I love to hear my work f**ked, teared up and that by the legendary Whose Body is This ! Grub’s Laptop Tracks from 2019 has gained enough of a following to have a remix album, here we go.

Don Delivered with themes of hypnotic, disorientating, nightmarish, granular wasp music (opposed to bee music).

The music is chaotic throughout, it both killed me and brought me back to life, Jesus. Like a warzone you could call it trance music for freaks.

Listen to track 12. Luigi]s Trap Basshouse. This one start peacefully, you’re dead, you’re chilling. But you wake up in the chair black ops style and the torture starts. Whose don’t hold back, its brutal. Till you’re put to rest at the end. Whose gives us the dolphin song for the outro of this track which I’m in love with. The few calming breaks like this on this album are important, take these in as they will give u time to breathe.

Track names and mix names are superb, great attention to detail and perfectly describe the vibe of each track, I also appreciate the local and pop culture references throughout.

I approve this album, dons a goat, a machine, got that conveyer belt of beats, doesn’t slow down.

"I met Grub, producer and composer, at my first university lecture. Immediately, I noticed there was something special about this man's beats. We spoke about dubstep and aphex twin over coffee.

Later on, Grub shared his, at the time, unreleased 'Grub's Laptop Tracks' album. It consisted of thirty five 10s - 1m tracks. Again, there was something special in here. I expressed my admiration to Grub, and he dropped it.

Over the years, Grub and I shared many memories, working with monks in the north, to transcending our consciousness and expressing ourselves on the canvas.

Over this time, Grub's album weighed on my mind. I knew I had to do something about it, so over the late winter, for a week, I would make 2-3 remixes of Grub's work. The result: Grub's Laptop Remix, a reconstruction and redefinition of what it maens to grub core.

Pressure to not release this album has been intense. However, I know the time is now right to drop this project. I know I'm not ready to win my first beat-battle, but I believe works like this bring me ever closer to my goal of beating the Elite Four beat makers.

This is not just a tribute to Grub's work, or Grub himself - it is a tribute to my time in the ends, making wasp music 24/7. I only hope I have done justice to the material" - whose, 2023
